What changed
SMS marketing consent is now available through the new smsMarketingConsent field on the CustomerPhoneNumber object. This field uses the same structured consent model as WhatsApp. The existing flat SMS marketing consent fields on CustomerPhoneNumber remain available for backward compatibility but are now deprecated. New integrations should use smsMarketingConsent, and existing integrations should plan to migrate to this field.
